Viimsi Retreat – Sauna, Sunsets & Serenity

Welcome to our cherished home in peaceful Viimsi, just outside Tallinn. This is our main residence, where we live and raise our children — not a typical rental. We open it to guests only while we’re away, so it’s filled with warmth, care, and character. Enjoy the sauna, fireplace, outdoor grill, top-floor patio with sunsets, and a calm workspace. We kindly ask you to treat our home and personal belongings with respect, just as you would your own. The space Welcome to our cherished 160 m² home in peaceful Viimsi, just outside Tallinn. Located in a quiet neighborhood, this semi-detached house offers exceptional privacy — we rarely see or hear our neighbors, and solid construction ensures a calm, secluded atmosphere. The house features a spacious master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. (Please note: the walk-in closet remains closed as we store personal items there.) Enjoy a beautiful sauna with field views, a cozy living room with a projector (Nvidia Shield; your devices welcome), and a modern open-plan kitchen fully equipped with an oven, air fryer, Thermomix, and more. Relax on the top-floor patio with stunning sunsets, enjoy the garden with BBQ, or work in peace in a calm setting. If needed, the sofa converts into a comfortable bed for extra guests. We also have a children’s room and a personal cabinet, which are available upon request only. There are two private parking spots in front of the house and two guest spots nearby. Tallinn’s center is a 20–25 min drive. Nearby: Viimsi Spa, three shopping centers, a sports complex, cinema, aquapark, and more. Without a car, it’s a 10-minute walk to the nearest bus stop. We welcome guests who will treat our home with care and respect, just as they would their own. Guest access Our home is our primary residence — it’s where we live, raise our children, and spend our daily lives. As such, certain areas contain our personal belongings. We kindly ask that you treat the house with care and respect, just as you would your own. Please note the following important rules: - The wardrobe in the main bedroom must remain closed and is not for guest use. - The personal cabinet and children's rooms on the second floor may only be used upon specific request. (There is no extra fee, but in general, we prefer these areas to remain closed and unused.) - The room on the ground floor near the entrance is a technical room — do not enter or use this space.
