Charming 2nd floor Victorian apartment on Aberystwyth’s popular South Beach. Just steps from the sea and a short walk to the town’s cafés, restaurants, and shops. The property is spacious with high ceilings, plenty of light, a well-equipped kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher, ultra-fast WiFi, and a large bay window that allows uninterrupted views of Cardigan Bay, which can be enjoyed in all Welsh seasons. The space The property was built in 1895 and has retained several period features. The apartment comprises of: - Kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine. fridge, freezer, microwave, oven and stove. Tea, coffee, milk and some food bits like cereal provided. - Bathroom with shower. Toiletries and towels are provided. - Living room with smart TV and electric fire. - Bedroom 1 with a king size bed. All bedding is provided. - Bedroom 2 with a super-king bed that can be divided into 2 single beds if requested. The apartment is split-level with four steps in the hallway that lead to the bathroom and bedroom at the back. Please be careful when navigating them. We live in the same building in a separate flat, and will be easy to contact if you need anything. Guest access The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, hence there are two sets of stairs to climb from the main entrance. There are also four steps inside the apartment's hallway. You have access to all the areas of Flat 3. For cars there is free on-street parking outside of the flat (there is a yellow line that only restricts camper-vans to park overnight) Other things to note Please note, the property is not child-proof, we ask that you take extra caution during your stay if you bring children and you are responsible for their safety.
