Description
The Granary is the perfect stay if you’re visiting one of the local vineyards, Hickstead, Brighton or a local event/wedding. Great location to local pubs, footpaths and the South Downs. Private access, and dedicated parking. Please note there is no private garden. Great for 2 adults with an additional double mattress on a mezzanine suitable for older children or cosy for 4 adults available to request on booking. The space The property is on the first floor and is accessed via a set of stairs. There is a well equipped kitchen with hobs, oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, tea/coffee making facilities. Plenty of basic cooking equipment, glasses and cutlery etc. The open space has a double bed, sofa, breakfast bar, stools and TV. Along with a modern en-suite bathroom. The mezzanine has a second double mattress, please note this is suitable only for older children or adults. Please note there is no private garden, although if you’re bringing a dog there is a field next door they can have a quick run in and we can recommend plenty of footpaths walking distance from the property. Guest access Access to The Granary only, private parking in front of the building. If you’re bringing a dog, you’re welcome to give them a quick run in the field next door but please note there is no private garden acccess with this property. There is a local park plus plenty of lovely footpaths all walking distance from the property. Other things to note Pets in The Granary We ask that dogs stay off the sofa and bed please and are not left unattended. Please pick up after your dog around the property and in the field next door, waste bins are outside the property for disposal. Please note we have two labradors at our home - they may occasionally bark but they are both very friendly.
