Relax with friends/family at this peaceful & stunning place to stay. A complex of 3 barns, a converted Stables & Coach House. Sleeping 12 guests in 5 bedrooms (3 Kings, 2 twins & a double sofa bed) Separate kitchens, one big table for 12, separate gardens. Big Swim Spa for relaxing. A converted Horse Box cocktail bar, BBQ, Fire Pit, plenty of parking, EV charging, stunning rural views, doggies welcome. 8 min walk to 2 great pubs, 10 mins to our local cafe & shop, play park and river/ canal. 😊 The space A complex of 3 barns, a converted Stables, The Horseshoe & Coach House. The Stables - 1 king, 1 twin both en-suite The Horseshoe - 1 king en-suite The Coach House - 1 king and 1 twin both en-suite. Double Sofa bed in lounge, no private bathroom. Sleeping 12 guests in 5 bedrooms (3 Kings en-suite , 2 twins en-suite & a double sofa bed in the lounge area of the Coach House, ideal for children and no access to private bathroom but can use one of the 2 en-suites) or perhaps ideal for extra guests who are happy with this arrangement. Guest access The entire 3 cottages are free to guests to use if booking the full complex. The private courtyard garden and driveway, Swim Spa. We have a space to hire / use (subject to availability) for small social gatherings, yoga sessions, photography/art/floristry sessions, private dining. Cocktail bar, a converted Horsebox can be put in place on request. GENERAL SAFETY for Swim Spa • Use at your own risk – the host is not responsible for accidents or injuries due to misuse. • Children under 14 must be supervised by an adult at all times. • Limit use to 15–20 minutes at a time to prevent overheating or dizziness. • Do not use the hot tub if you are: • Pregnant • Under the influence of alcohol or drugs • Have heart conditions or high blood pressure (consult a doctor if unsure) • No jumping, diving, or rough play in or around the tub. • Enter and exit slowly—surfaces may be slippery when wet. We request NO GLASS to be used outside at any time Other things to note If you would like to make use of the horsebox cocktail bar just let Gemma know. We need to rebook and organise well in advance. Also please bring own firewood / kindling for fire pit and coal for BBQs. We provide the utensils, put and bbq. A private chef, buffet lunches, spa treatments, Yoga instructors, Cycling guides, walking guides, photography/art/floristry sessions and so much more can be organised using either the existing space in the cottages/gardens. We live on an old farm. Which has more been newly renovated. We converted the old Stables into 2 cottages, The Stables (2 bed) and The Horseshoe (1 bed). They connect with an upstairs interconnecting door. We have created upside down living, with bedrooms en-suite below. The Coach House (2 bed and a sofa in lounge). 2 bedrooms are en-suite but the sofa bed is in the lounge of the Coach House, it does not have private access to a toilet but can share one of the en-suites. Ideal for children or extra guests that are happy with this arrangement. We are available via email for any request during your stay. We have 2 schnoodle dogs (friendly), 4 children and live in the farmhouse in front of the property. Sometimes our schnoodles can be curious, we endeavour to keep them at the farmhouse. They are super gentle, friendly and loving dogs.
