Great location only 45 min from Boston & Manchester airports & 35 minutes to the seacoast & beaches in Newburyport. Spend a day or a week on our gorgeous crystal clear lake. Every season has its own charm! The space Must use stairs to head down to lake & dock. Suite includes stove, microwave, toaster oven & coffee maker plus full sized refrigerator with freezer. Lots of parking. Use of kayaks for adults with our permission. Use of hot tub with permission. Guest access Upper patio & side yard, grill, firepit, lower lakeside patio & dock are available to our guests.
