Beautiful lakeside suite in Southern NH ! This 1 room, 427 sq ft private suite is the lower level of our home, facing the water on Sunset Lake. Use of dock, grill, patios & kayaks with approval. Comfortable full sized bed, plus single bed for a 3rd guest. Private bath, shower & full kitchen. Great location only 45 min from Boston & Manchester airports & 35 mns to the seacoast & beaches in Newburyport. Spend a day or a week on our gorgeous crystal clear lake. Every season has its own charm! The space Must use stairs to reach the suite and to reach the lake & dock. Suite includes stove, microwave, toaster oven & coffee maker plus full sized refrigerator with freezer. Lots of parking. Use of kayaks for adults with our permission. Use of hot tub with permission. Guest access Upper patio & side yard, grill, firepit, lower lakeside patio & dock are available to our guests. During your stay Your hosts, Tom & Donna live directly above you. We're glad to share our knowledge of the area...places to eat, beaches, hiking trails or mountain retreats. We're just a text away ! Be aware this is the bottom floor of our home so if you are looking for a secluded cabin by itself this is not the place for you. ; ) Other things to note Easy access to : Boston Logan Airport - 45 minutes to an hour, Manchester Airport - 35 minutes, Seacoast - 35 to 45 minutes, Winnipesaukee - 1 hour, Canobie Lake Amusement Park - 20 minutes. 15 minutes to Rte 93 & 20 minutes to Rte 495.
