Welcome to our freshly renovated three-bedroom home in the heart of Merrivale, Warrnambool. Whether you’re planning a girls’ weekend, a couples’ escape, or need a quiet base for work, this space is designed to feel like a home away from home. Only a short drive to Warrnambool’s beaches, cafes and attractions, this house is ideal for unwinding or exploring the local area. The home has been thoughtfully updated by us, blending warmth and style with modern convenience. The space Each bedroom features a comfortable queen bed with quality linen, offering a restful night’s sleep for up to six guests. There are two bathrooms, including a spacious main bathroom with a bath—perfect for a relaxing soak—and a private ensuite off the master bedroom. All bedrooms and living areas feature dual blinds for added privacy. Enjoy your morning cuppa on the back deck, where you can take in peaceful views over Merrivale oval and even catch a glimpse of the ocean. It’s also a lovely spot to watch the sun go down after a day of exploring. We provide a selection of board games, playing cards, and puzzles to help you unwind and enjoy a relaxing night in. We also provide breakfast tea, green tea, coffee, and long life milk to help you settle in comfortably. Enjoy direct access to the Merrivale Oval through a private gate at the rear of the property. We’re also within walking distance of the scenic Warrnambool–Port Fairy Rail Trail, which connects you to the beach and Lake Pertobe in just over 3km. We’d love to host you. Zac and Kismet Guest access Guests will have access to the entire house and the backyard. However the garage and bungalow are not accessible.
