Our rate is $315 a night w/o boats or 465.00 with our pontoon/jetskis, 1 promised, 2 usual. Lake St Clair is a wonderful place for boating, fishing, swimming and just relaxing! Open concept with windows to enjoy the view. Restaurants to boat to. Pontoon rated for 13, tube, flotation pad, 4 kayaks. Boater safety license needed. Close to the St. Clair flats, largest freshwater delta in the world, and the St John's marsh, great place to view waterfowl No pets, events, porta johns. 10 person max. The space We fully furnish our homes to be your home away from home. New updated kitchen with black stainless appliances. Several small appliances for your use. Keurig and Mr. Coffee maker with supplies for your to use. Washer and Dryer for your convenience. We have a grill for your use. We have 2 lots, so you have room for parking and boat trailers if you bring your own. Bring your own beach towels Guest access Also, the front room can double as a third bedroom. We have 2 sofa/sleeper in it, both are queen size, and have a memory gel foam pad added for extra comfort. Other things to note If you do not need to use the pontoon or jetski then the nightly fee is $275.00 a night. Insurance requires we orientate you if you book the boats. Have all your guests arrive at the same time so we can do 1 orientation. there is a $100 fee for additional orientations.
