AlandEase: Spacious residence with great garden

Gather the whole gang in our big beautiful house in the center of Mariehamn. Perfect for the business trip with the team, the conference or the vacation with friends. The large areas both outside and inside make it easy to socialize and there are plenty of sleeping places in different rooms. There are beds for 19 adults and, on request, additional sleeping places can be arranged. The accommodation can be divided into three separate parts with kitchen and bathroom, while the mezzanine accommodates the entire group for a shared meal. The space THE MAIN FLOOR Here you find a big kitchen with kitchen table, a large living room, a combined dining area and sleeping area with 4 beds, a bedroom with three single beds and a bathroom with wc, shower and washing machine. There is also a small bed sofa for a small person (80*190cm) in the living room (extra bed). The big sofa is also comfortable for sleeping if you are a big company (comparable to two to three single beds). THE TOP FLOOR Here you find three separate rooms to sleep in: one bedroom with one single beds, and one bedroom with three single beds, a bigger room combined with kitchen, living room and two single beds, a big hall and a bathroom with wc, shower and washing machine. A large balcony to the south. THE GROUND FLOOR Here you find two sleeping areas, one with 3 single beds and the other one with two. You also find a kitchenette with dining table, a small living room area and a shower cabinet. Separate wc. If you need a baby bed just ask for it while booking (possible to put in any room). Outdoor you find dining areas at every floor connected to your accommodation and also a very big garden to use for barbecue or playing :) As you see the house is big enough for many people and if you still need extra beds, just ask how it could be arranged! Guest access You have your own entrance. You can use the frontside of the garden. The back of the garden is private (not for guests) and connected to another part of the ground floor used by me and the cleaning company (mostly for washing and drying sheets and towels) Other things to note The house is old and noise can be heard between the floors. We also appreciate that consideration is shown and that it is quiet after 11:00 pm All guests are responsible for taking out the garbage, doing the dishes and taking out the sheets from the beds before leaving.
