This villa with lake location and private jetty is centrally but privately located in Stallarholmen, one hour from Stockholm. With a three-minute walk from the village bakery, you can enjoy fresh bread on your own patio with lake views. Grocery store and pizzeria are all within a 10-minute walk. You can easily get to the accommodation by public transport; the bus stop is outside the entrance with direct buses to both Läggesta and Strängnäs train stations (takes about 20 minutes). Free parking on site. The space The house has a living area of about 160 sqm with a magical view of Lake Mälaren. Fully-equipped kitchen with dining area for 6 people. High chair is available to borrow. There are 3 bedrooms with a total of 6 beds. Extra mattresses are available. The double bedroom has a balcony facing the lake. 2 bathrooms, one on each floor, where the upstairs bathroom is equipped with a bathtub. You'll even have access to the laundry room in the house. Sheets and towels are included. A living room with fireplace and access to firewood. Library with piano where there is a TV with Apple TV (you bring your own login) and access to Wi-Fi. In March, a terrace will be built at the back of the house with a dining area and barbecue. Private jetty with swimming ladder. In summer, there is a possibility to borrow a kayak and canoe. Life jackets are available on site. Guest access You have access to the entire home except the basement and greenhouse during your stay! Other things to note There are stray dogs and cats in the neighborhood. The property, house, jetty and terrace are not childproof.
