A lovely home to stay in.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Right between Disney/ universal and Daytona Beach. No drugs or party’s, beautiful neighborhood. The space This house is actually a 4 bedroom 2 bath house with an apartment on the side. I have only set up the kitchen. two bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room and outside area as the Airbnb. There are two queen beds and full size couch bed. The apartment has no access to the house and has a separate entrance. The handy man lives there in case of any problems or emergency’s, so you will probably never see him unless you need something or issues of concern. Guest access Living room with a pull out couch, two bedrooms ( both with queen beds) , two bathrooms, and kitchen. Other things to note Security cameras are on front and back porch. Also on the driveway. No smoking, vaping, drugs or party’s!!! Please book the number of guest that will be there.Handy man lives in a apartment on the side of the house. No washer and dryer- laundry mat very close. No grease or food down the drain.
