A cosy studio nestled in a quiet suburb, surrounded by lush green trees and beautiful mountains. This cosy retreat has everything you need, including a jacuzzi with a lovely view, perfect for relaxing and recharging. Enjoy complete privacy in this studio, with its own entrance and a backyard nestled in nature, alive with the cheerful sounds of birds. Ideally located only 10–15 minutes from Wollongong CBD and within close proximity to many popular attractions. The space Your studio is located on the lower ground of the property and has its own private entrance. It features a comfortable queen bed, along with a sofa that can be converted into an additional bed if needed, perfect for couples (with kids), solo travellers, or business trips. The studio also includes a kitchenette with basic amenities and some breakfast options, plus a private bathroom with a jacuzzi overlooking nature and the mountains, ideal for unwinding after a day of exploring. Kitchenette: The kitchenette is suitable for light use only. It does not have an induction or cooktop, and cooking vessels are not provided. Guests may use the microwave, toaster, sandwich maker, electric kettle, and refrigerator. The property is conveniently located just 10–15 minutes from Wollongong CBD, the university, the beaches, and many local attractions. The nearest supermarket is about a 7–10 minute drive, and a variety of restaurants offering different cuisines are located nearby as well. Access to a shared laundry is available upon request. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire studio, along with use of the backyard space. We provide body and face towels, along with all basic toiletries, so you can travel light and enjoy a hassle-free stay. Other things to note Kindly note that the walls are thin and not soundproofed. We are a family living upstairs with a young toddler and a dog. We do our best to keep noise to a minimum; however, you may occasionally hear some sounds. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause during your stay. No parties, no smoking, and no pets are permitted. As this is a quiet residential area, we kindly ask that noise be kept to a minimum between 10:00 pm and 6:00 am. We’re happy to accommodate children if you’re travelling with them; however, please note that the studio is not child-proofed.
