Enjoy a unique experience centrally located in historic downtown Huntingdon. Fun mid-century modern loft apartment within walking distance of the Dixie performing arts theater, the historic Huntington Court theater, coffee shop, gift, shops, and restaurants. You’re sure to love our cozy, quaint little town. The space Located at the historic court square of Huntingdon. The apartment is above a long term rental, but you have the entire space upstairs to yourself with its own private entrance. The main bedroom has a king size bed with sink and shower attached. The second bedroom has a twin bed . There is an additional half bath with sink and toilet outside the room. Total bathroom is one. There is free parking on the street across from the unit. Must climb stairs to enter. Parking is not permitted in the gravel lot next to the building (signs are posted). Guest access The entire upstairs of the building. Entry door on the left of the building. Other things to note Must climb stairs to enter the apartment. The bathroom is split with a shower and sink in one room and a toilet and sink in another room (I know it’s a strange layout, but we didn’t build it. Remember it was built in 1930s😊). There is no door on the room with a twin bed. The building is cooled with window AC units and heated with baseboard heaters. The windows have curtains, but no blinds, so light will come in. You have a beautiful view of the court square. The building was built in the 1930s, and has a lot of charm. It is well maintained and well kept. We provide “starter” supplies only. There is a Walmart and Dollar general a short drive a way. Please be mindful there are long term tenants in the apartment below you. Please be mindful of your noise as the older building and wood floors can make things extra noisy. Just asking that you be respectful of others.
