The pink house in Österlen

Welcome to our pink house in Österlen! We would like to share nice houses in Ravlunda. We have recently bought it and are renovating it for our family, our friends and for rent. There are 2 newly-renovated bedrooms with beds for 4 people and a travel bed for smaller children. The living room has two comfortable sofas if two guests want to sleep there. The kitchen is fully usable and equipped for cooking. The garden is full of flowers and berry bushes and has several different patios. The space We have recently bought this amazing old house and we are renovating it and preparing the garden for spring and summer. We will update the ad with more information and photos as soon as something is ready for photography. Guest access You have access to almost the entire lower floor with a hall, bathroom, laundry room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a living room. You'll even have access to the entire garden with several different patios. We have closed off a room where we store furniture that is not well suited for renting. We have also closed off the upper floor, which is not yet suitable as a living space. There is another house on the property, which is uninhabitable and which we use privately as a storage room. It is not suitable for guests to enter there because of safety risks. Other things to note Our guest house is located in the middle of the nice village of Ravlunda on Österlen with a 3 km hike or drive to Haväng and surrounded by hiking trails, miles of sandy beaches, nature reserves in wonderful nature, not so far from Kivik and Brösarp where there are restaurants, a health center, grocery stores, pharmacies and other things you may need.
