The space Two Separate Villas: Pangea View Villas consists of two spacious homes, each with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, making them perfect for large groups of up to 14 guests. With a total of 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, each villa provides ample space and privacy for everyone to enjoy. Pangea Beach Village is an eco-friendly paradise offering an exclusive yet affordable experience. The community beach area is right across the street—ideal for sunbathing, strolling, or simply basking in the tropical beauty. While the area has some seaweed and rocks, not ideal for swimming, it remains a lovely spot to unwind and relax. Guest access •⁠ You’ll enjoy the entire property all to yourself, with exclusive access to both the Casa Cristal Del Mar and Villa Azul and their private pools. •⁠ Access to the community pool and beach area 🏝️ Other things to note *BOOKING WINDOW: You can book up to a year in advance. * Electricity is private on the island making everything more expensive & water is also valuable. Please be mindful of the electricity and water usage. Turn off the AC when you leave the property or if you have the doors or windows open. NOTE: If the AC remains ON permanently during your stay, additional charges may apply, ask us for more details. *Keep in mind that since we are on an island, power outages happens unexpectedly and there is no generator in the villa. * Additional charge of $100+ for check-in or check-out before or after the established time (4:00 PM and 11:00 AM respectively). Confirm your check-in or check-out time one day before your arrival or departure. * In case you need additional cleaning during your stay, ask your reservation assistant regarding the price for this service. *Please note this is a pet friendly community, however this villa is NOT pet friendly, no pets or service animals will be permitted even if the regulations in your home country state differently.
