Welcome to my holiday flat, situated in a quiet location amidst greenery. It is located in Rablà, a small hamlet in the municipality of Parcines, which is about 10 km from Merano. A paradise for hikers, cyclists and nature lovers! The space The entire flat is completely renovated in 2025 and is flooded with natural light. It has a furnished kitchen with new appliances and all accessories, a bedroom with a double bed, a spacious living room with sofa bed and TV, a cosy balcony for relaxing and eating, a private bathroom with shower, washing machine and personal care products and a private cellar for storing bicycles. Free wifi is available throughout the flat. Bed linen and towels are included in the price. Despite its location in the middle of the countryside, the flat is perfectly connected to public transport such as bus, train and cable car. These are in the immediate vicinity, as are the cycle path and various hiking routes. Other things to note Please note that on your arrival you will be asked to pay the tourist tax of Euro 2.10 per person per day in cash. Pets are not allowed, it is not allowed to organise parties and to smoke in the flat (smoking on the balcony is possible). As this is a holiday flat in a condominium you will be asked to follow the condominium rules out of respect for the other people living in the house (avoid loud noises after 10 p.m. and during the afternoon rest period 12 a.m.-3 p.m.).
