Welcome to the Sunset Pool. Independent 70 m² one-bedroom apartment with terrace and private swimming pool facing the scrubland, ideal for enjoying the privacy of the unique sunsets. The space Independent 🌿 T2 with pool and views of the scrubland This bright and independent T2, which sleeps up to 4 people and 2 infants, offers a peaceful setting between nature and comfort. Ideal for a stay as a couple, with family, with friends or during a business trip, it is a perfect starting point to discover the region. After a day of sightseeing, we find with pleasure this peaceful cocoon, a real bubble of relaxation. ✨ A break between nature and comfort Independent and located on the ground floor of our family home, this bright T2 has been thought of as a real place to relax where the interior naturally extends to the terrace and swimming pool. Everything has been set up to preserve the privacy of guests, both indoors and in the outdoor spaces, to fully enjoy the calm and sunsets over the scrubland. The modern atmosphere in light tones offers a soft and soothing atmosphere, ideal for slowing down the pace and enjoying the light of the South and the sweetness of Mediterranean living. 🏡 Spaces designed to live and get together The spacious living room features a comfortable sofa bed, a cozy dining area, and large windows opening to the outside. The kitchen, modern and functional, makes it easy to cook and share simple moments after a day of discovery. The bedroom with a king-size bed offers a cozy and relaxing atmosphere, while the bathroom, accessible from the bedroom, with a walk-in shower and washing machine, provides genuine comfort for both short and long stays. 🌞 The In-Out Experience The terrace and private pool extend the living space in a peaceful atmosphere with a beautiful view of the scrubland. Between sunbathing, meals under the pergola and sunsets over the scrubland, each moment becomes an invitation to relax. Here, we live inside and out. 🌊 Carefully maintained pool On sunny days, make the most of the pool! It is serviced weekly by a professional, who intervenes early in the morning to ensure clean and pleasant water. We also take care of its maintenance between each passage so that you can relax there with peace of mind throughout your stay. Please note that the pool is unheated. 🛎️ A comfortable stay Upon arrival, you will find linens, some essentials as well as small touches to kick off your stay with peace of mind. Books, board games, and baby amenities (upon request) are also available to accommodate all guests. Recently renovated and regularly maintained, the Sunset receives special attention to preserve the comfort, the quality of the amenities, and the refined atmosphere that our guests particularly appreciate. 💬 Guest experience The history of a place feeds on the experiences of those who inhabit it. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property, as well as the terrace and the unheated outdoor pool, which are fully private and accessible, provided they respect the premises and the neighborhood. Check-in is by appointment between 4 p.m. and 10 p.m., with the possibility of personalized welcome or self access depending on the organization of the stay. Check-out is until 11am. Subject to availability, an early check-in and/or late check-out can be offered for more comfort (€30 surcharge per request). Other things to note Designed as a cozy break in a family home, the accommodation offers a peaceful setting facing the scrubland, in a warm and authentic atmosphere. The pool is private, NOT HEATED, and accessible depending on the season and weather conditions. Please enjoy it with respect for the places and the neighborhood, especially in the evening. Check-in by appointment between 4pm and 10pm. For everyone's comfort, the accommodation is strictly non-smoking (terrace allowed with respect for the premises) and no pets are allowed.
