The space • Accommodation: The accommodation is independent and is spread over 2 levels. On the ground floor is a large living room including: - The open kitchen is fully equipped to cook like at home (ceramic hobs, oven, microwave, combined refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine) - A small closet with washing machine - The dining room and the vaulted living room equipped with a pellet stove, air conditioning, and a TV with Chromecast Upstairs you will find: - 2 bedrooms each equipped with a double bed with a wardrobe - Bathroom with shower - An individual toilet - Air conditioning in the hallway • Exterior: You have garden furniture in front of the house with a charcoal barbecue. • Parking: There are several free pitches in the immediate vicinity of the listing. • Location: La Chambonnière is located in the village of Chomérac. Recognizable by its cobblestone streets and old stone houses, Chomérac offers a soothing setting and easy access location, 15 min. from the A7 motorway. Only 1 hour from the Gorges de l 'Ardèche, 20 min. from Montélimar considered "la porte de la Provence" and 45 minutes from Valence. Within a 30-minute radius, you will be able to: Visit caves, castles and perched villages borrowed from history; practice caving; try paragliding; horseback riding, quad biking or buggy; crisscrossing vineyards by bike and taking one of the most beautiful bike lanes in Europe "La Dolce Via"; visiting many artisanal workshops and agricultural productions or hiking to discover nature and remains etc... Within a 45-minute to 1-hour radius, you can also go down the Gorges de l'Ardèche, the Drôme Valley, or the Eyrieux Valley by canoe or kayak, and go canyoning and do a via ferrata.
