This comfortable, practical home accommodates up to 6 and has off road parking for 3 vehicles covered by CCTV. It’s well located for Rotherham, Sheffield, Doncaster the M1 / M18. Great for visiting Events & Attractions (Roche Abby, Rock Climbing, Wake park, Sailing, Gulliver’s and National Trust) Those visiting the area or Contractors welcome! The space Downstairs you will find a comfortable living room with TV, sofa, snuggle chair and gas fire. There is also a separate dining area/workspace with generously sized dining table and chairs, and a breakfast bar with four stools. This leads through to the well-equipped kitchen. You’ll have use of cooking basics including pasta, rice, oats and teas/coffees in the pantry, milk and other essentials in the fridge. There is a kettle, toaster, Small fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, Washing machine with built in dryer, double oven and electric hob, and a filter coffee machine. Upstairs, there are two double bedrooms with hanging space for clothes. The third bedroom has a single bed with a second bed above it on a mezzanine - bunk bed style - with ladder access. The top bunk would be suitable for older children/teens (10+) or adults with good mobility (suggested weight limit 14 stone for top bunk.)This room has drawers for storage. The family bathroom has a spa bath with working jets and coloured lights for you to take a relaxing soak! The separate shower has a steam facility, body jets and rainfall shower head in addition to the regular shower head. There is also an additional WC along the corridor. Guest access You will have private access to the downstairs of the house: living room, dining room, kitchen - a small utility room is locked and private for our own cleaning and maintenance but it won’t be accessed during your stay. Upstairs, you will have two double bedrooms, a twin room, family bathroom and additional WC. You may make full use of the front driveway and back patio. The garage and garden are not available to guests at this time.
