Cozy and Quiet Room(s) close to Milliken

This is a unique house that is located in historic west side Decatur. It's walking distance to Millikin University and student facilities that offer a quiet, comfortable space for your visit. The space Being a One Bedroom Listing with an option of the second bedroom at an additional rate of $30. Being the case of another family member or just preference of additional space, this 2nd bedroom is perfectly suitable. The house however is not childproof and there are no pets. The bathroom is private to the reservation either way as the 2nd bedroom is not listed seperately. Guest access Included space is a downstairs Sun Room where you'll find a small refrigerator for your use and complementary bottled water. Feel free to relax here a bit during your stay while you enjoy garden views, the outdoor yard wildlife and a cup of complimentary coffee as well. During your stay You will almost always find me here at home, either in some other room or on property. There is additional space by room for luggage available and this being an upstairs room, please don't hesitate in asking for my assistance. Other things to note This is a 5 bedroom historic home that you'll notice to be somewhat of a "work in progress" as it's been 3 years that I've been actively restoring and remodeling the interior. I'm sure you'll find the spaces and accommodations comfortable as I welcome any comments or concerns !
