Tammy & Jack's Place - Red Rocks Haven in Morrison

Just minutes from Red Rocks Park & Amphitheatre and the I-70 corridor, this pet-friendly, peaceful & comfy, 3-BR bungalow is a perfect springboard to adventure, whether you are in town for a show, to sight-see, ski, hike, raft, or any other mountain odyssey. Downtown Denver is also easy-access, just 30 min away. Make yourself at home with mountain views and gorgeous original artwork. Your hosts live right next door, so we are always at the ready to support you during your stay any way we can. The space We have three bedrooms: Bedroom 1 This is the master and boasts a king-sized SLEEP NUMBER BED. Pick your number and sleep like a baby under a ceiling fan. Bedroom 2 A queen-sized bed and a ceiling fan Bedroom 3 A queen-sized memory-foam bed with ceiling fan and a small work space with a desk and chair. The Living Room Relax on a large wrap-around sectional sofa and oversized chair. The TV is a new 50" Samsung. An over-the-air antenna in the attic receives all local TV stations live, and is also ethernet hard-wired for the best possible streaming experience, should you choose to log in to your Amazon, Netflix or other streaming accounts. Board games also available. The Kitchen: Kitchen table seats 6 and is fully-equipped with all the basics, including a dishwasher, disposal, full-sized fridge. There is also a toaster oven, Keurig coffee maker with complimentary coffee, casserole dishes, bread pans, and other kitchen gadgets. We tried to think of everything, but if there is something you need, remember, we're right next door! The Bathroom The toilet and vanity are separate from the tub/shower area, allowing for increased accessibility. The tub is brand new, and the shower was also re-tiled. We offer complimentary body wash, shampoo and conditioner. Washer and dryer is available for free use in the corridor leading from the bathroom. Outside in back: Relax on a large patio deck with a propane grill and propane firepit. Table and chairs to enjoy an early breakfast available. There is also a 20-foot wide retractable awning, which makes the space comfortable even on the hottest days . The yard is large and bordered on all sides with a 6-foot fence. Pet Policy: We welcome responsible pet owners with well-behaved dogs of any size! Guests are allowed to bring up to two dogs. Please let us know in advance if you will be bringing furry friends with you. We require a $60 (per 1-5 night stay) cleaning fee for our canine guests. Stays lasting longer than 5 nights will be asked to pay an additional $10 per night. Your dogs are family, and are allowed on the furniture. We just ask that you please use the blankets provided to protect the couch, and beds from dirt and hair during your stay. We do provide a large dog bed if your pup prefers to sleep solo. Pets must not be left unattended at any time during your stay, unless they are contained in a crate that we can provide. We also offer drop-in visits, and dog walks for additional fees. To ensure a peaceful environment for neighbors, please make sure your pet does not cause excessive noise. Please make certain that the dog door is closed after dark, as we have wildlife in our area and want to protect your pup from a potential encounter with a fox, coyote, skunk, or even the occasional bear. Please pick up after your pet and dispose of waste in the metal receptacle provided in the back yard. Bags will be provided. Pets must be free of fleas and ticks or have been treated for fleas within 14 days of arrival. We ask that you ensure your dog’s vaccinations are up-to-date. We may ask for vaccination records before your stay. Pets: We allow 2 pets with an additional 60$ fee to go towards additional cleaning/laundry. If you declared your pets at booking, this would have been included in the rental price. There is also a $250 refundable pet deposit to cover any damage which may happen. We have 3 dogs, so we understand accidents happen occasionally. For any accidents on the carpet, please let us know so that we may clean and sanitize the area with a carpet cleaner. Accidents within reason will be covered under the $60 fee. The pet deposit will be used if professional cleaning services or repairs are needed. Guest access Except for the garage, the whole home is open for use. Other things to note We are a safe place and accepting of all guests! We use the garage for storage. Please do not be alarmed should we open it to retrieve something during your stay. As we live next door, our yard overlooks yours. Please be patient as our dogs will be excited when they see new faces. They may be noisy at first, but they are friendly, and will grow accustomed to your presence quickly. Smoking allowed outside only. This includes vaping and e-cigarettes as well. Open doors and windows allows odors to enter the property, so please ensure all doors and windows are completely shut to keep smoke/vape from coming inside.
