The surrounding garden is home to a wide variety of birdlife, adding to the home’s peaceful, nature-filled charm. The house comfortably sleeps up to six guests across three bedrooms. The primary bedroom features a queen bed and ensuite. The second bedroom also includes a queen, while the third is fitted with both a double and single bed—perfect for families. The second bathroom includes a luxurious infrared sauna, ideal for warming up after a winter walk along the beach or through the forest. A second entry at the laundry offers easy access via the side staircase to the undercover parking area. Peppy Harmony House has been designed with accessibility in mind. In addition to step-free front ramp access, the home features a single-level layout with hardwood floors, wide 870mm doorways and corridors, and accessible enhancements in the ensuite bathroom. Undercover parking is provided for two passenger vehicles beneath the house. Please note that vehicles with a wheel track wider than 2000mm, including large trailers, cannot pass down the narrow driveway. Street parking is not permitted in Peppy Beach. Peppy Harmony House is suited to couples, adult groups of up to six people, and families with children aged five and over.
