There are three bathrooms, two sitting rooms (each with a wood burner), a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dedicated workspace. (Two bedrooms and two bathrooms are on the ground floor - ideal for the older guest who wants to avoid stairs) At the front of the house, whitewashed walls and exposed beams lend a rustic charm to the dining room, kitchen, and the expansive upstairs bedroom with its adjoining sitting room. A convenient desk area provides space for anyone needing to catch up on work. As you move toward the rear of the house, bold wallpapers and rich fabrics bring warmth and depth. A second upstairs bedroom features a stunning oak four-poster bed, along with a delightful double cubby bed – an ideal nook for children. The remaining two bedrooms are located on the ground floor, alongside an additional sitting room, making it a flexible layout for larger families or groups. While it’s easy to settle into the cosy comforts of this thoughtfully styled home, the surrounding countryside beckons. Set on the edge of the Blackdown Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, with bracing country walks on your doorstep and the dramatic Jurassic Coast – including Lyme Regis – just 30 minutes away, this is the perfect base for both relaxation and exploration. Guest access The house is only to be used by guests on this booking. Other things to note We are a three minute walk to the village shop and the church - ideal for wedding guests. Our wonderful local farm shop is a five minute drive away. Tesco is a ten minute drive away. You can book in for in room treatments with an incredible local therapist. We also offer private meditation sessions and cacao ceremonies in the woods. We have a smallholding and you can meet our animals - goats, sheep, chickens, bee hives (Ducks coming later in the summer) If you'd like to have an incredible dining experience we can host you for a meal in our Tudor hall.
