Dining area for 6 people. Two bedrooms with double beds. Living room with smart TV + sofa bed for 2. One bathroom with shower, washing machine + dryer. On level 1 there is a toilet. Kitchen with all accessories. Large terrace with sun from morning to evening. There is a Weber grill, 2 lounge groups, dining group with 6 seats and a hammock. Guest access You have access to the entire house with associated outdoor areas in the form of the terrace and lawn. There is a basement (accessible only via a separate entrance from the outside) that is intended for the owners and thus not used by tenants. Other things to note Smoke- and pet-free accommodation, but not allergy-free. The house has a garden with a lawn. Space for up to 4 cars on the property right at your doorstep. Electric car charger available (Zaptec Go, type 2, 11kW). Own charging cord is included. Cleaning can be added for a fee of SEK 2,000. Please let us know in a message when booking. Garbage and source sorting are disposed of by the guest. Bed linens and towels are not offered.
