Beautiful apartment overlooking the Church of St. Barbora right from the bed. The apartment is located in a historic house that once served as a parish. The whole building is beautifully renovated and has a very pleasant atmosphere. The location of the apartment is a great starting point for exploring Kutná Hora. The historic center is literally around the corner, and it is also a quiet location where there is no problem to park comfortably. The space The apartment is on the first floor and is 1+1 with an area of 46m. In addition to the double bed, it is possible to use a sofa bed and create an extra bed (for one person - width 120 cm). The capacity of the place is three guests. We tried to make everything in the apartment for a pleasant stay. Equipped kitchen with dishes and appliances (stove, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, kettle and coffee maker). Coffee (Nespresso capsules) and tea are available for guests. In the main room you will find a comfortable bed, a sofa bed, a dining table, a large TV with Netflix, and a library where everyone chooses theirs:) The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. Towels and toiletries are provided. Guest access The keys will be stored for pickup in the box. More information about the check-in will be sent the day before arrival. Other things to note Guests can use the garden and garden seating to relax ☕️🍷 The whole area is NON-SMOKING!!
