With 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 kitchens and 2 living rooms, everyone can find their own space while enjoying friendly moments. Located in Plouha, between land and sea, our cottages offer an ideal setting to explore the Côtes d'Armor. Enjoy the garden, foosball and proximity and many points of interest for an unforgettable stay! The space Meet in our 2 cottages – Comfort & conviviality for 12 to 14 people (children and babies included) Enjoy our two cottages, Tata Jacqueline and Mamie Cocotte, for reunions with family or friends, in a warm setting combining Breton charm and modern comfort. Each house offers its own space while allowing you to get together to share beautiful moments (the cottages communicate from the outside). Gîte Tata Jacqueline – Sleeps up to 10 persons Main Floor: Large fully equipped dining kitchen: combined fridge, induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee makers (filter & capsules), toaster, kettle... Large table for 10/12 people + side table available (configuration up to 14 guests). Warm living room with sofas, bench, armchair, wood burning stove and TV. Office area with WiFi (fiber). Relaxation area with foosball. Laundry room with washer and dryer. Separate toilet. Fisrt floor: Master suite: king-size bed (180×200 cm), private bathroom with toilet and dressing area. Dormitory: 4 single beds (90 × 200 cm). Bathroom with toilet. Attic Second Floor: Master bedroom: queen-size bed (160×200 cm) and private shower room. Large bedroom: king size bed (180 × 200 cm). Separate toilet with sink. Outside: Two furnished terraces. Garden (not fenced). Two private parking. Barbecue and outdoor furniture (on sunny days) Gîte Mamie Cocotte – Up to 4 people Main Floor: Living / dining room with wood burning stove. Furnished kitchen. Utility Room with WC. Upstairs: Bathroom with toilet. Large modular room with two sleeping areas separated by a claustra cabinet and Japanese panels: Main space: king-size bed (180×200 cm), convertible into 2 single beds (90×200 cm). Sleeping area or boudoir: 2 single beds (80×200 cm), twinned double beds (160×200 cm). Adaptable configuration: 4 single, 2 double or mixed. Outdoor: Terrace and private garden. BBQ. Private parking spot. Outdoor furniture: garden furniture, Chilean, sunbeds (on sunny days). A stay at your own pace These two houses have been designed to accommodate groups without sacrificing individual comfort. You can enjoy real living spaces, complete amenities and a pleasant environment in Plouha, on the Goëlo coast, 5 minutes from the beaches and coastal trails, in the Côtes-d'Armor. Guest access In the Tata Jacqueline cottage, the mezzanine above the relaxation room is not accessible to guests. Other things to note We would like to draw your attention to the requirement to sign a seasonal rental agreement – regardless of the length of your stay – which we will provide to you by email. The provision of a resort insurance certificate (free from your home insurer) is required to validate your file. Maximum capacity: 14 people (including children and babies) The 2 homes are intended to accommodate a maximum of 14 people, including children and infants. Please respect this limit for security and compliance purposes. The price includes end of stay cleaning * with the exception of a few small tasks that are requested from you (*on an estimated 6 hours for Tata Jacqueline and 3 hours for Mamie Cocotte - beyond invoicing), linens (2 towels per person, tea towels, sponges, sheets - beds ready on arrival), wifi, charges. A welcome booklet including the rules of life of the lodges will be sent to you before your arrival. We attach great importance to the calm of the place and respect for the neighborhood. Parties are not allowed, and we ask that you take care of noise disturbances after 10pm. We nevertheless understand that a group stay rhymes with conviviality: we count on you to enjoy the place in good humor, with respect and measure. Access to outsiders is not allowed, except with prior agreement of the landlord and within the maximum capacity of the lodges. Non-smoking lodges (including e-cigarettes).
