Guest access To ensure your journey here is completely stress-free and 100% flexible, we offer you a convenient, contactless self-check-in service. You are not bound by any fixed times on arrival and can focus entirely on your holiday! Exactly 48 hours before your arrival, you will receive (automatically) detailed instructions from us, including Photos and the PIN code for our secure key box located directly by the property. This way, you can arrive with no time pressure at all and enjoy your stay in a relaxed manner from the very first minute! Other things to note To ensure your stay is perfect from the very first minute, here are a few more brief organisational details: ☕ Starter kit for the first few days: To ensure a relaxed start, we provide you with a small basic supply of coffee, tea, dishwasher tablets, rubbish bags and toilet paper free of charge. That way, you don’t have to go shopping straight after you arrive! 🐾 Holidays with your dog: By prior arrangement, your four-legged friend is very welcome to stay with us! As cleaning with a dog is a bit more time-consuming for our team, we charge a one-off pet fee. Please simply indicate that you are bringing your dog when you book. 🤫 Neighbourhood & quiet hours: Our flat is located in an idyllic and peaceful neighbourhood by the Drachenfels. Parties, stag/hen dos or other events are therefore strictly prohibited. We also ask you to respect the general quiet hours from 10:00 pm. 📝 Digital registration form: As required by law in Germany, we ask you to complete a short, digital registration form (via a secure link) before your arrival. This will only take a minute and will pave the way for your automated check-in.
