Welcome to our spacious and comfortable apartment of 100 m², spread over two floors in a charming villa. On the first floor, there is an inviting hall with spacious wardrobes. On the second floor, you will find a large and bright living room that is integrated with the dining room and has access to a balcony with a fantastic view. The apartment also has two comfortable bedrooms, both with large double beds for a good night's sleep. Our apartment is equipped with bed linens and towels. In the bathroom there is a hairdryer. The space Guesthouse Check-out Policy We ask our guests to leave the room in a state that does not require excessive or deep cleaning. Before you check out, please: 1. Tidy up and clean lightly – Put back furniture and items that have been moved. 2. Wash all kitchen equipment – Dishes, glasses, pots, cutlery and other used kitchen utensils. 3. Take out garbage - Sort according to the garbage rules and leave in the correct container. 4. Bed linens and towels - Remove bed linens, collect them together with used towels and place in the designated box. 5. Electronic devices and accessories – Put remote controls and other items back in their places. 6. Windows and doors – Check that all are closed and locked. 7. Lighting – Turn off all lights. 8. Key – Leave the key in the key box upon checkout. 9. Items left with us are kept for 30 days after check-out. Thanks for helping us keep Gesthouse well-maintained and welcoming! Other things to note We are very grateful if you would like to follow the rules for waste sorting with us. Our garbage cans are in our parking lot – there are four different containers. - This is how you sort your waste: -The first black bin is for plastic. -The second black container is for glass. -The third black bin is for other waste – not plastic or glass. -The brown container with a lid is for food waste – this should be disposed of in paper bags, which you will find in your trash cabinet.
