Our cottage in the picturesque settlement of Višňovka in Kárané is an ideal choice. It is located in a quiet part of the village and offers the perfect combination of relaxation and active recreation. The space A one-storey wooden cottage with a well-maintained garden offers comfortable accommodation for 4 people. A double bed in the bedroom and two separate beds in the living room with a kitchen and dining area and a veranda with seating. In the garden there is wooden furniture with a parasol and a stone grill with plenty of wood for grilling. In the basement there is a ping-pong table and a beer tap. Guest access By car: there is only one road from the highway exit No. 14, Brandýs nad Labem - Stará Boleslav, through the village of Nový Vestec. Upon arrival in the village of Káraný, continue along the main road to the municipal office, where you turn right, pass the lagoon and immediately behind the alley of mature trees turn between the fields to the left into the Višňovka Settlement. At the dumpsters on the right and the first street on the left, where our cottage is the penultimate on the left side of the street. By train: from Čelákovice - Jiřina station it is a nice walk across the iconic footbridge over the Elbe and along the river for about 40 minutes. By bus: from the Káraný - post office stop, you are a walk to the cottage in less than 15 minutes. Other things to note The surroundings are known for beautiful and easy cycling routes around the Elbe and Jizera rivers. Brandýs nad Labem Castle - a Renaissance monument located about 10 km from Kárané and is one of the important historical buildings in the area. The castle is known for its beautiful garden and historic interior that can be visited. Kersko - This area is known primarily for its natural beauty and historical significance thanks to Bohumil Hrabal, who drew here for his literary work. Botanicus Crafts and Herbal Garden Center - This site is a great place to visit if you are interested in traditional crafts, nature and herbal gardens.
