Large family house ideal for gatherings with family or friends 40 minutes from Paris. Charming old house, with a huge garden crossed by a pretty stream. You will have a large terrace / barbecue / sandpit for children and a swing set. The large living/dining area will allow you to all meet. 6 bedrooms are divided between the main house and the annex. a nice covered bridge connects the annex and the main house. The space Large family house located between Houdan and Maulette, close to the N12, 40 min from Paris via A12-A13, 55 min from Paris-Montparnasse by train on the N line. The house is a 15-minute walk from Houdan train station and all amenities (grocery stores, bakery, supermarket) The house is divided into two buildings separated by a stream (1.50 m wide and depending on the season 20 to 40 cm of water depth) and a nice covered wooden bridge. This is a family home that belonged to our grandparents that we use for our family reunions, vacations and family weekends. We rent it out when we're not using it. This is a living house, not everything is perfect but we do our best to make it as pleasant as possible. In the main house you will find 4 bedrooms: - one bedroom with bunk beds and a pull-out bed (sleeps 5) - one bedroom with a single bed and a baby bed - a bedroom with a double bed - an upstairs bedroom with a double bed and a shower/sink in the bedroom as well as a separate toilet. A bathroom with a bathtub, separate toilet, kitchen with fridge, oven, microwave, stove. A huge living/dining room with a wood-burning stove overlooks a large terrace. a mezzanine overlooks the living room. The second building has two double bedrooms + 1 umbrella bed on the 1st floor, with a foosball table. Bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet. The ground floor of this annex is locked and is not accessible to you. Outside you can enjoy a terrace with garden furniture and a charcoal barbecue, a sandbox, a swing set with 2 swings, a huge garden overlooking a meadow with horses. Access to the meadow is STRICTLY PROHIBITED, you are not allowed to pet or feed the horses. A river crosses the garden, the surroundings of the river are not safe for children.
