Located in the heart of Sagogn, just minutes from Laax, it is perfect for families, groups of friends, and nature lovers. With 100 m² of stylishly furnished space, this holiday home offers 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, high-speed Wi-Fi, Netflix, and private parking – all in a refined and cozy setting. Check-in starts at 3:00 PM, and check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM. After 3:00 PM, check-in is flexible. Guests will have full access to the apartment, including the living room, fully equipped kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, and ski storage room. The apartment does not have exclusive outdoor areas. The balcony on the second floor and the garden on the ground floor are private and belong to other apartments. We kindly ask guests to use only the apartment's private areas. High-speed internet is available throughout the property. Keybox and apartment access A keybox located outside allows guests to collect the keys independently. The keybox is located next to the rear entrance, near the parking area. To access the apartment: From the rear entrance: after collecting the keys, guests must climb one floor via an internal spiral staircase. From the main road: it is possible to access directly without stairs, making this the most convenient path for guests with heavy luggage. Parking The apartment includes 1 guaranteed private parking space. A second parking space can be requested directly from the host. The parking space is located next to the house and is marked with a sign reading "Casa Pasternaria". Important Notes There is no elevator, access is only via stairs. Additional Information For convenience, guests with heavy luggage or limited mobility are advised to use the main entrance, which is on the same level as the apartment.
