La Lisiere Du Bois is located in the quiet and beautiful village of Saint-Senier-De-Beuvron. Mont St Michel is only a 20 minute drive from the property. Situated on the top of the valley, near the woods, you can see Mont St Michel in the distance, while sitting in the lounge or enjoying a wonderful meal & drinks in the garden. The space The property has been completely renovated in 2024/2025. On the top floor, which is accessed by a spiral staircase, you will find a beautiful bedroom with an ensuite bathroom/dressing area. Downstairs you will find a large lounge with patio doors leading into the garden. The sofa opens up as a lovely double bed. Next to the lounge is the dining area and open fireplace. Down a few steps, you will find on your right, another bedroom, with a bathroom directly opposite. Along the corridor and you will be in the fully equipped kitchen. The garden is completely fenced and has gates on the entrance. We are PET FRIENDLY and so your dog can also have a holiday by being able to run freely - but safely. Guest access The property benefits from it's own gated access and it is possible to park two vehicles at the front. The private entrance is located at the rear of the property. You have your own garden at the front and the entire perimeter is fenced. Other things to note The house is very quiet, on a road that only serves two houses and then a field. Smoking is permitted outside the property in a covered area by the entrance to the house. We are pet friendly at no extra charge.
