Under new ownership, welcome to Burlock Beach House. Family + friends will make memories at this beautiful, spacious, waterfront 4 season cottage on Grand Lake! The lower level has a family room, half bath + deck. Up a few steps, a gourmet kitchen with drip & Keurig coffee maker opens to a dining room, deck + BBQ. Upstairs, enjoy lake views from the primary bedroom, 2 more bedrooms and full bath. Enjoy the 2 tier deck, hot tub, relax on the shore, cast your fishing line, or go for a paddle The space This gorgeous, 4 level year round home on the water has 3 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a two-level deck for bbqs and afternoon sunning with a gorgeous view of one of the most desirable coves on the lake. The primary bedroom on the second floor has a queen bed under cathedral ceiling with floor to ceiling windows looking out on the lake. It also offers a daybed that folds out to a king for kiddos travelling with mom and dad. Upstairs on the third floor are two bedrooms one with a double bed and the other with a queen. Perfect for large families or groups of friends to have enough space and privacy to enjoy your time together! The lower family room has a sectional sofa with a queen pullout couch. It is next to a powder room and has French doors and library/games area. It’s a great place for relaxing as a group and doubles as an additional sleeping area for extra guests. A large lawn slopes gently to the shore where you can swim, fish, or take your canoe/kayak out for a paddle. Everything is newly renovated and decorated and thoughtfully selected to ensure our guests have a comfortable stay! Guest access Guests have access to the entire house. Other things to note This is a peaceful getaway perfect for families and friends. Coffee! We are pleased to offer both drip coffee (filters provided) and Keurig coffee makers. BYOBeans. We don't have a grinder, so recommend ground coffee or pods. Water fun and safety - we recommend wearing and provide life jackets for all ages and sizes. We also provide youth kayaks (up to 100lbs), a SUP, lake floats and pool noodles. Water shoes - Grand lake has a rocky shore and bottom. We recommend wearing water shoes. Keep it Cool - We have air conditioning on the lower and main levels and fans in each bedroom. Some fans have a dual heater/fan function for your comfort year-round. Oh Baby! For our littlest guests: we have a pack and play, high chair and baby gates available. We also have a children's play area in the living room with a play mat and toys for kids of all ages. Rainy day fun - we have a library with books, puzzles, board games and also a Smart TV for you to cuddle up and take in the lake view. Chilly? We have an electric fireplace in the family room to snuggle up in front of and central air on the main floor + heater/fans baseboard heat in the bedrooms. A few rules we kindly ask our guests to follow: No parties please - we respectfully ask that our guests be mindful of our neighbours who live at the lake year-round. Please only bring plastic glasses to the water. (Rock and glass do not mix) Please close and lock all windows and doors when you leave the house. Septic safety - Please do not flush anything that shouldn't be flushed down a toilet - when in doubt, throw it out. :) Checking out - we ask our guests to start the dishwasher with any dirty dishes and to start a load of dirty towels before leaving. This helps our cleaners get ready in time for the next guest. Thank you!
