Please note that full payment will be taken within 48 hours after the booking has been made. It is a requirement that all Guests provide proof of identification in order to receive room keys. You may not rent out or split the booking the of the unit without the prior approval of management. Guests who booked and paid for their accommodation using a credit card will need to present the same card at check-in. A security fee of R1000 will be taken as a pre-authorisation upon arrival. Please note that the air-conditioning is available on pre-paid and can be purchased at Reception. The conservation fee at Dikhololo will be per vehicle and payable at reception. To ensure well managed access to backup power during loadshedding, please note that our Resorts operate generators in defined timeslots. Please consult your Resort's Reception for more information in relation to resort-specific timeslots. Please note that all our facilities are cashless. Card payments are accepted Day Visitors will be allowed subject to 24 hours prior notice directly to the resort. Kindly note the number of guests will not be allowed to exceed the max sleeper size per unit. Units in the Studio layout category could have single beds OR sleeper couches on check-in, and will vary from unit to unit. Please note that there will be unit refurbishments taking place in selected units from 16 January 2026 to 02 October 2026. Noise levels may fluctuate and the resort apologises for any inconvenience this may cause. During the student week period, persons under the age of 25 will not be allowed occupation at this resort unless they are accompanied by a person over 25 years of age throughout their stay. During this week, a breakage deposit of R3 000 will be required upon check in. Should you be in the process of making a reservation, or have booked this resort for purposes of students, please contact your reservations office to make alternative arrangements. Due to a Foot and Mouth Disease outbreak affecting South Africa, additional biosecurity measures are in place at the resort, to ensure the health of the animals on our reserve. All guests are therefore asked to do their part in helping us keep this well managed, by agreeing to have vehicle tyres sprayed with a non-corrosive disinfectant and to walk over a disinfectant mat on arrival. These measures help prevent the spread of the disease and protect the animals on the property.
