Air-conditioned apartment
Description
Casa Suchtli is a quiet corner full of history, located on Calle Real or Calle Rubén Dario in the traditional indigenous neighborhood of Sutiaba. Its colonial architecture, rustic details and spaces full of natural light and vegetation create a warm and cozy atmosphere, ideal for those looking to rest, work or explore León from an authentic place. The space The accommodation is part of a larger house. I offer a private room with a queen size bed, comfortable and ventilated. I live in the other room, but I hardly use the common spaces, so you will enjoy total peace and quiet. We share the spacious and bright main room, a second room full of plants, the spacious kitchen and the bathroom — all free to use for your needs. You also have access to a small outdoor patio in another part of the property, if you wish to use it. The location is excellent: a few steps away you will find bus stops, mini supermarkets, traditional bakeries such as Doña Adilia, banks, the local market and the bus terminal to the beaches of Poneloya, Las Peñitas and Isla Los Brasiles. Everything essential is close and within reach. If you come by vehicle, you can park it right next to the house. Street parking is safe and quiet. Guest access You will have independent access to your room and all areas: main room, room with plants, kitchen, private bathroom and, if you wish, the outdoor patio. During your stay During your stay The accommodation is located within a larger property, but in a completely independent and private space. Other guests may also be staying in other separate areas of the property; however, no space is shared with them, so you can enjoy peace and quiet and total privacy during your stay. Although I live on the same property, I am hardly ever in the areas near the accommodation, so you will have a lot of discretion and freedom. Even so, I will always be attentive to your messages and available to help you with recommendations, directions or anything you need, always respecting your space. Other things to note Close to the market and connection to the coast A few minutes' walk away is the local Sutiaba market, a place full of color, culture and fresh products. This market also functions as a transport terminal to Poneloya and Las Peñitas, perfect beaches to enjoy the sea, gastronomy and surfing. In this same area of the Pacific is Isla Los Brasiles, a natural turtle refuge, excellent for surfing, for those seeking tranquility and connection with nature.
