The space ☆☆ BEDROOMS ☆☆ This home has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate 12 guests comfortably. There are a total of 5 Queen beds and 2 couches. Bedroom 1 - The large master bedroom has a high-quality queen bed and a stylish work-from-home office. Bedroom 2 - This western-inspired bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed. Bedroom 3 - This stylish bedroom offers a queen bed, changing area, and oversized closet. Bedroom 4 - This bedroom offers 2 queen beds with ample space for 4 people. ☆☆ BATHROOMS ☆☆ You'll find two clean and fully stocked bathrooms with bright lighting, large mirrors, and hotel-grade towels in this home. You'll find two showers, one of which has a tub. All showers are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash for your conenience. ☆☆ KITCHEN & LOUNGE ☆☆ Prepare a quick snack or a large feast in the fully-stocked kitchen. It features beautiful countertops and modern appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, and coffee maker. We also include our suggestions for the best things to do in town, our favorite restaurants, activities, hikes, nightlife, and much more. This home is in a residential area and showing respect to the neighbors is very important. We expect our guests to respect our guest and noise policies at all times- parties will not be tolerated. If you are unsure of what might be considered a party, please reach out to ask and we will be happy to help. Extra fees will be charged if these policies are not adhered to. Please note that smoking of any kind is forbidden inside and will result in a minimum fine of $500. You are welcome to step outside and enjoy. Reservations may be subject to extra guest fees. Early check ins may be requested the day of check in through your electronic guidebook. We do our best to accommodate these requests, however it depends on our calendar and the cleaners schedule. If approved, there is a $50 charge for early check in.
