CHILDREN AGE 7 AND OVER WITH AN ADULT ONLY PLEASE! THE HOUSE AND ROOM IS NOT SUITABLE FOR YOUNGER CHILDREN! This is a double bedroom within my home which has been kitted out to enable independence and privacy without the price tag of an entire home. It has a selection of kitchen appliances to prepare and store your own food. It has a TV with several channels. It is close to Sheffield Arena. It is also a 5 minute drive from the M1. THE BATHROOM IS SHARED WITH ME AND IS NEXT DOOR TO THE BEDROOM! The space The room is ideal for 1 person but can comfortably accommodate a couple. Sorry no pets or children (under 18 if travelling alone). Age 7 and over is fine if accompanied by an adult. This is a town house with a garage beneath. That means that there are a few steps and stairs (see pictures). There are 7 steps outside to the front door then about 25 stairs across 2 staircases that bend around to get to the bedroom. Because of the height of the house, it has a fairly nice view of trees and a golf course from upstairs. Guest access It does not have a sink so my downstairs kitchen should be used for washing pots if you want to reuse them. Don't hesitate to ask if you need any extra cutlery etc. The bathroom is shared with me and is next door to the bedroom. It is a beautiful new bathroom and has a bath and shower. Towels, shampoo etc are provided. I prefer to keep my living room and downstairs areas as primarily mine and relatively private but I'm always happy for a quick chat and to answer any questions. During your stay Through airbnb Other things to note The location is close to junction 34 of the M1. It is a short drive to Meadowhall shopping centre, Meadowhall Train station and Meadowhall tram stop. It is also very close to Sheffield Arena, Ice Sheffield and English Institute of Sport. My home is on the top of a pretty steep hill (that's Sheffield for you) and the bus service is not great so please only book if you're prepared to walk the hill, take a taxi from the station, which is a 5 minute drive from Meadowhall at a cost of about £5 to £7 - Veezu or Uber (Veezu tends to be cheaper) or are driving your own car. There are plenty of parking spaces on the street. It is a very quiet road, which overlooks concorde golf course.
