Other things to note Safety: Please be aware that the rear of the property is unfenced and directly backs onto the water, so children must be supervised at all times. Noise Policy: Kindly keep noise to a minimum on the veranda after 10:00 PM to respect our neighbours and ensure a peaceful environment for everyone. Supplies: A complimentary welcome pack is provided, including single-use items such as tea, coffee, sugar, creamer, soap, and laundry and dishwashing supplies. For longer stays, please bring additional provisions as needed. Gardens & Creek: Please supervise children at all times—the creek is deep, and use is at your own risk. Rubbish Disposal: Please use the correct bins: Red bin – Household garbage Yellow bin – Recycling Green bin – Garden waste only (no other waste) Bins are collected every Thursday. If you're staying on Wednesday night, please place them out for collection and bring them back in the next day. Pet Policy: No pets allowed. Outdoor Fire pit: Guests must bring their own firewood.
