Room in a spacious villa located in a quiet environment centrally in Haverdal 15 km north of Halmstad. Coastal village with a well-sorted grocery store, lovely beach, nice marina and popular golf course. In and around Haverdal there are restaurants, cafes, walking/cycling trails and the former stone quarry Skallen with extensive views of the Halland coast. The price refers to one guest with discount for additional guests. The space Ground floor: large welcoming hall, access to fully equipped kitchen, dining area and laundry room. Large garden. Covered patio and barbecue area on the south side with both morning and evening sun. Upstairs: bedroom next to a balcony. Private toilet/shower, work area and a small living room. Other: Parking next to the house with a spacious area. Two bicycles are available to borrow, as well as balls, a cube game and some toys. Guest access Private bedroom, toilet/shower room, and guest area within the house. The kitchen is a shared space. During your stay The host is on site or can be reached via phone and text message for guidance in the accommodation and tips on things to experience. Interaction with the host is up to the guests.
