The Little Wild

Our unique & beautifully designed seaside loft, has arguably the best view in Newfoundland; with full yard ocean frontage, whale sightings in season(!!) nearby family-friendly activities, restaurants & music venues. You’ll love our place for the sunsets, beach walks & bonfires, proximity to everything, nearby hiking trails, & water taxi; which provides access to the south side of the Nat'l Park. Our place is amazing for couples, business travellers, solo explorers, & 4 season adventure seekers. The space This is a new (build completion; June 2016) 4 season rental, which we dreamed up & designed with a totally unique layout. The configuration of the house is designed to accommodate 4 guests, at most. The upstairs bedroom is a loft style layout, with a balcony railing that allows you to overlook the whole main level below. From the second level, the most poignant feature, being the incredible views which look out to the ocean and the Tableland mountains, from the comfort of your bed! The upstairs loft has quality bedside reading lights, and side by side closets for hanging, as well as oodles of cubby and shelving space, and a foot stool which opens for additional storage. Quality bed linens, pillows and duvet, and a top notch mattress, garnering you a dreamy nights sleep. The downstairs has a quality sofa hide-a-bed which can accommodate up to two guests for comfortable sleeping. The main level is equipped with privacy light filtering roller blinds on the two, large, oceanfront windows. Bathroom towels and linens are provided, to equip 4 guests, as well as beach towels. The door which exits off of the kitchen has additional wood storage for the fireplace, as well as a Broil King BBQ (in summer season only). If your dates are unavailable, we've just launched a new offering called “Exposure". It sits next door, to The Little Wild, and we feel it's everything "The Little Wild" is, but in a spectacular two bedroom, single story, home. Guest access When you rent The Little Wild you have full, private access to this free standing home, and full use of the beach, and front yard area. Other things to note No other accommodation in the region provides you with such unobstructed views of the geological awesomeness that is the UNESCO World Heritage Site, The Tablelands Mountains. We're also one of the only accommodations in all of Gros Morne, that avails private beach-front access. Not only that, most accommodations in our region close in the Fall/Winter months whereas ours is a 4 season rental, and provides the ultimate place to cozy up & recharge after a day adventuring in the wilds, in the winter season. Complete with a wood stove to set just the perfect ambiance & comfort.
