Inside, enjoy modern comforts and rustic charm, custom built with relaxation in mind. Pop over to nearby historic Milford, rent a kayak on the Little Miami River, or have a thrill at Kings Island. It’s the perfect mix of fun, farm, and flair. The space This 11 acre property houses the Barn loft, the historic owner’s residence built in 1808 with attached pool, another 100 year old barn, and a beautiful landscape with woods, a stream, and pasture with apple trees. There are cats to greet you, free range chickens, and a host of wildlife. You’re welcome to hike and explore the property, but going in the old barn is prohibited. Minutes away from I-275 and local shopping, you will also have modern conveniences closeby. Guest access The old barn, main residence, and garage are off limits to our guests. But feel free to explore the rest! Other things to note The pool is attached to the main residence, next door to the loft. Pool access is shared with the host family, and runs 8 am-8 pm, unless different arrangements are made with the host ahead of time. You will love this amazing countryside paradise!
