Welcome to the design penthouse "Kiwi" by COZY Livin in the old castle of Deidesheim directly on the German Wine Route! Our accommodation can accommodate up to 6 people and is ideal for 4 guests looking for more comfort than in a hotel. High-quality furnishings, modern decor and close proximity to wine bars, restaurants and attractions – perfect for your stylish stay on the wine route. The space The penthouse is located in a part of the old castle of Deidesheim. The apartment is fully equipped with high-quality furniture. Start your day with a coffee in our beautiful tower room above the rooftops of Deidesheim. Our 55-inch smart TV and free Wi-Fi provide entertainment. For a good night's sleep, a comfortable king-size box-spring bed with high-quality bedding of hotel standard awaits you. The bedroom has natural light and a wardrobe. There is also an open-plan dining area for 4-6 people and a cozy sitting area with a great designer sofa and a large smart TV with streaming options. The kitchen, which is also open-plan, is fully equipped and offers everything you need to cook. If you don't feel like cooking, you'll find the restaurants "Zum Woibauer" and the Spanish restaurant "La Taberna" in the immediate vicinity. The spacious bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a roomy shower. Of course, you will be provided with soap, shower gel and shampoo. Linens & towels – please note Linens and towels are not included in the nightly rate. They will be charged mandatorily based on the actual number of guests at the time of online check-in: Bed linen: €5 per person per stay Towel package: €5 per person per stay (large bath towel, hand towel, bath mat, kitchen towel, dishcloth) Why? Airbnb only allows us to charge a flat fee per stay, regardless of whether 2 or 6 people are checking in. To ensure that each guest only pays for the linens they actually need, we have lowered the nightly rate and charge for linens separately. Guest access The apartment is located on the second floor, in a part of the old castle, via the hallway you get to the apartment. There is a key box for the front door and an electronic locking system for the apartment. For both, you will receive a code from us upon arrival.
