The space The property, which was previously a wing of Drumahoe House, is on a large plot, set within Riverbridge, a small, four house, private development, accessed by a privately owned roadway. The three storey house, with large gardens, front and rear, overlooks the River Faughan, a well known salmon river. Steps lead up to the front door which can be accessed with a key from the lock box. On entering the bright, spacious, hall guests will see the owners large, modern kitchen through a wide, half glass, panelled door. Guests may proceed up the stairway to the bedroom door on the right. On stepping through the door guests will be impressed by the large, bright bedroom, formally the Morning Room, with it's high ceiling and double splayed Georgian windows, which allows the light to flood into the room. The side-hinged windows may allow guests, with care, to step into an open, unguarded patio, which overlooks the rear garden. The tiled ensuite, with toilet, has a sliding, glass panel door with a modern pumped cascade shower. Fresh towels are provided. There is a three bay fitted wardrobe with hangers and shelves. An oak dressing table with mirror can also serve as a convenient, laptop work station and there is also a comfortable IKEA easy chair for browsing or relaxing. The room is centrally heated with an additional, oil filled electric radiator for extra warmth, if needed. Guests may enjoy a peaceful sleep on a king-size bed with a modern, deep mattress and topper. Fresh, clean sheets and bedding is supplemented with an additional throw blanket for extra snugness. The room is quiet and peaceful, although guests may be thrilled, to partially open a window, on a Spring or Summer evening and listen to the wonderful, fluting, mating song of a Blackbird on the overhanging cherry tree. A vanishing sound, maybe, but still to be enjoyed by those lucky enough to hear it. Guest access Guests may have access to the large kitchen to make themselves tea or coffee on request. A light complementry breakfast may be available on request. Guests are not permitted to consume cooked food, tea or coffee, in the bedroom but may eat in the kitchen with permission of the host.
