Gravel path for a sunset stroll, but the best sunset view is from our porch! Walking distance to several local restaurants and bars. Strict no pet and no smoking policy as owner has severe allergies! Violations will be fined $500. Guest access Guest have access to all kitchen/washer & dryer. Private beach within the community. Other things to note This is not a large public beach. It is more water access, great for swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding, etc. The best beaches nearby are Clearwater Beach and Honeymoon Island.
