Upstairs you’ll find the spacious master bedroom with a queen bed and generous storage, a full bathroom with tub/shower, and a third bedroom with a futon and sitting area. The home is equipped with Roku TV, fast WiFi, and all the essentials for a relaxing stay. The fenced backyard includes a patio with gas grill and a fire pit for evening gatherings. The enclosed front porch is a favorite spot for morning coffee — and front-row seating for the Devils Run and 4th of July parades right on 4th Street. Guest access Guests have full access to the home, with a few exceptions: two locked storage closets, the basement utility area, and the garage are not accessible. Security: Exterior-only cameras are active at the front door and backyard gate. No indoor surveillance. Accessibility note: There are 2 steps to the front door and one step from the entry into the main living area. The two upstairs bedrooms and one full bathroom with tub/shower are accessible only via a full flight of stairs — guests with limited mobility may prefer to plan accordingly. Single-floor living options (queen bedroom, full bathroom with standing shower, kitchen, laundry, porch areas) are on the main floor.
