A short drive from the North (Hayle, Godrevey, St Ives) or South coast (Porth Leven, the Lizard, Penzance) and a 10 minute drive from Helston. The space Hednes barn is an end of terrace house in a beautiful barn conversion. Using traditional Cornish granite and timber cladding on the exterior and high quality, eco materials and technologies on the inside Hednes looks and feels beautiful! The house has underfloor, air source heating throughout. Access to Hednes is via the first floor (steps from courtyard) leading to the kitchen and living area. The bathroom and bedroom are on the ground floor. Hednes is situated on a rural small holding, close to Helston, Godolphin, Hayle and Porth Leven.
