Max two housetrained dogs are welcome The villa is situated in the middle of countryside. The space This villa is a wonderful holiday accommodation for families or friends to get together. There is a spacious living room with a fireplace, an extremely well equipped kitchen with dining area, a bedroom with a queen bed, a toilet, a bathroom with two showers and a sauna downstairs. The lounge offering a lake view, a bedroom with a queen bed, a bedroom with three single beds and a toilet are situated upstairs, as well as a covered balcony. With tasteful decor and thoughtful architecture and color selection, this villa offers a lovely atmosphere. This villa has all the equipment to make your holiday as comfortable as possible with everything from washers and dryers to the central vacuum system and wireless internet. Naturally, there is also everything you need for the sauna. It is also possible to rent a marvellous hot tub to the villa. Guest access The large terrace of the villa with a magnificent view to the lake offers a great opportunity to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. You can also enjoy the scenery at your own jetty or explore the lake by the boat included in the rent. Furthermore, there is a large, well landscaped yard surrounding the villa containing an outdoor barbeque house, a beach volley field, swings and a sandpit. There is also a shed for the firewood near the villa. Other things to note Please notice that the final cleaning is not included in the rent. You can do it yourself (there are cleaning equipments and detergents at the villa) or book it from us, that is 150 euros. The bedlinen and towels are not included in the cost, so you can bring your own sheets and towels or book from us. The cost of the bedlinen is 15 euros/person. As you can see from the info, pets are allowed. This means that you can take max 2 housetrained dogs with you, no more pets are allowed.
