We are easy walking distance to Crantock Beach (high and low tide access) and also the more secretive Polly Joke Beach. Our kitchen and master bedroom command beautiful sea views out over Crantock Bay and across Newquay Bay as far as Trevose Lighthouse. Sleeps 12, in upstairs bedrooms as follows: - master bedroom 1 with super-king bed, dressing area and private ensuite (separate bath and shower) and sea/beach views - guest bedroom 2 with super-king bed and private ensuite and access to south-facing balcony - guest bedroom 3 with super-king bed and private ensuite - 3 x further bedrooms, ideal for kids- although we can cater to adults. These are broken down as; *bedroom 4 with 2 x singles *bedroom 5 with 2 x singles *bedroom 6 with bunk bed (2 x singles) and option for further floor mattress - a family bathroom with D-shaped bath, shower and double trough sink **HOT TUB & COLD PLUNGE - AVAILABLE AS ADDITIONAL ADD ON** Please contact us for a quote. Subject to seasonal availability. We have a large, south-facing garden which is accessed easily from the kitchen/dining area, living room and play room. It’s ideal for kids- we have three young boys ourselves who spend many hours on our 14ft sunken trampoline, amazing climbing frame and slide or playing football/cricket on the grass. Our terrace is the perfect place to enjoy a coffee whilst letting kids run wild, soak up the sunshine or enjoy a family bbq. Friendly dogs welcome. Our garden and fields are enclosed. Inside, we have a spacious, light and airy kitchen and dining area. With a 5m long kitchen island, complete instant hot tap, over-size Gaggenau fridge and freezer, electric AGA, separate Gaggenau fan oven, coffee machine, bread maker and kitchen-aid. Just a few of the range of appliances available during your stay! Furthermore, we have a practical boot/surf room with attached downstairs bathroom- great to wash off the sand after a day at the beach! And off the kitchen, we have a “back of house” pantry and utility room-fitted with a butler sink, second fridge, secondary dishwasher and double stacked washing machines and tumble dryers. We have a wonderful playroom filled with books, board games, Lego etc to help keep your kids occupied. This area is separate to an adult sitting room/lounge with Stuv wood burner and large TV, a home office space and our home gym, filled with dumbbells, kettlebells, a peloton bike and yoga mats. We also have an under-the-stairs “snug”/reading nook and a separate downstairs WC. Happy to help make your holiday one of fun and relaxation. Guest access Whilst our main house is fully open to guests, our garage and outbuilding/stable block are off limits and will be locked. You have access to the entire garden and connected fields.
