Huus_Wensing, centrally located in the Mittelland/Oberaargau, at the foot of the Jura, overlooking the Alps. The cities of Bern, Basel, Lucerne, Zurich and the Alps can be reached within an hour, the baroque town of Solothurn is 15 minutes away. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms are available. The detached house has a bright living room on the ground floor with an open, fully equipped kitchen, cooking island and direct access to the garden. In the garden there are seating and barbecue areas. On the first floor, depending on the number of guests, there are three bedrooms: one with a double bed (180 x 200), one with a double bed (140 x 200) and one with two single beds (80 x 200), which can be put together as a double bed. It has two bathrooms: one with a bathtub on the first floor, one with a shower on the second floor and a separate toilet on the ground floor. Guest access You can use the garden, parking lot, basement, ground floor, first floor and the bathroom on the second floor. An important note about accessibility: The house is wheelchair accessible, but not specially furnished. Both the entrance door and the door to the garden have a door threshold. The sleeping area is accessible by stairs only and there are no special adjustments in the sanitary facilities, please take a good look at the pictures. The curve at the entrance is narrow and exactly 80 centimeters. Smoking cigarettes, cigarettes and e-cigarettes is not permitted in the house. The heating system automatically adjusts to the weather conditions. The settings may not be changed.
