Our luxuriously equipped villa includes an apartment for 5 to 6 people. The villa is located 10 minutes away from Pythagoreio on the way to Samos city in Mesokampos, close to Mykali beach and the cozy family beach Psili Ammos. You can enjoy your nice terrace and the lovely garden in peace and quiet. Since the late summer of 2025, you can also use our brand new swimming pool with sun terrace. The apartment was completely renovated in 2025 and equipped with every comfort. The space The apartment is on the upper floor of the Villa and therefore has a beautiful view towards the mountains but also towards the sea. It has a spacious terrace and has all the comforts inside. The apartment was completely renovated in 2025 and has air conditioning (also in the bedrooms), a fully equipped kitchen with oven/microwave, living room, bathroom and 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom contains a double bed, the second bedroom has 2 single beds. In the living room there is a sofa bed, making this apartment suitable for max. 6 people.
