The space Located in the countryside, L'Écrin des Quatre Puits is a magnificent estate in Caen stone, completely renovated, offering 230 m² of space and comfort. This high-end cottage has 4 bedrooms including 2 with private bathroom. Two additional bathrooms are at your disposal with a balneo bathtub for relaxing moments. The 1st master suite, on the ground floor, includes a 90x160 walk-in shower, toilet and queen size bed. The second master suite, upstairs, includes an 80x120 shower, a double bed and a 160x200 sofa bed. A large room of 20m2 includes a king-size bed, a 160x200 sofa bed as well as a connected HD TV. The last bedroom, with stunning views of the plain, includes a queen size bed. The fully equipped 35m² kitchen is ideal for preparing and sharing friendly meals. It also offers a dining area for 9 people. This fully-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, a convection oven, a microwave (possibility of switching to a classic oven), a filter coffee maker, a Tassimo pod coffee maker, a kettle, a wine cellar and a refrigerator with water/ice dispenser. The vast living areas invite you to relax with its French billiards and foosball table, perfect for moments of leisure for families or friends. These authentic 2 rooms each include a connected HDTV. WIFI / fiber accessible in every room of the house. On the wellness side, the Nordic bath, with 38 degrees water, offers you a moment of absolute relaxation all year round and the heated and covered pool, accessible from May to October, complete this unique experience in a peaceful and refreshing setting. An outbuilding is under renovation, we ask that you do not access this part of the property. There's a lot of space around the house. The garden is enclosed by stone walls and hedges. These hedges are not lined with a fence. Other things to note Cleaning fee includes towels (not pool towels). On the other hand, bed linen is an extra €10/bed.
