This upscale cottage has 4 bedrooms, 2 of which have a private bathroom. Two additional bathrooms are at your disposal with a spa bath for relaxing moments. The 1st master suite, on the ground floor, includes a 90x160 walk-in shower, toilet and queen size bed. The second master suite, upstairs, includes an 80x120 shower, a double bed and a 160x200 sofa bed. A large 20 m2 bedroom includes a king size bed, a 160 x 200 cm sofa bed and a connected HD TV. The last bedroom, with stunning views of the plain, includes a queen size bed. The 35 m² fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing and sharing friendly meals. It also offers a dining area for 9 people. This fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, a rotating heat oven, a microwave oven (possibility to switch to a conventional oven), a filter coffee maker, a Tassimo pod coffee maker, a kettle, a wine cellar and a refrigerator with water/ice dispenser. The spacious living rooms invite you to relax with its French billiards and foosball, perfect for moments of leisure with family or friends. These 2 authentic rooms each include a connected HDTV. WIFI/fiber accessible in every room of the house. On the wellness side, the Nordic bath, with water at 38 degrees, offers you a moment of absolute relaxation all year round, and the heated and covered pool, accessible from May to October, completes this unique experience in a peaceful and rejuvenating setting. An outbuilding is under renovation, we ask that you do not access this part of the property. There's a lot of space around the house. The garden is enclosed by stone walls and hedges. These hedges are not lined with a fence. Other things to note Cleaning fee includes towels (not pool towels). On the other hand, bed linen is an extra €10/bed.
